Elevate Your Mental Fitness with Positive Intelligence
Have you ever noticed how your mind sometimes seems to work against you, creating doubt, stress, or negativity when you least need it?
This is where the concept of mental fitness comes in—a practice that strengthens your ability to manage these thoughts and emotions so that you can face life’s challenges with a positive and resilient mindset.
Mental fitness is much like physical fitness, but instead of working on your muscles, you’re working on your mind. It’s about training your brain to handle stress, setbacks, and day-to-day challenges with grace and positivity.
Just as regular exercise keeps your body healthy, mental fitness helps keep your mind strong and agile, ready to navigate whatever life throws your way.
This is where Positive Intelligence (PQ) comes into play. PQ is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (your Sage) versus the negative ones (your Saboteurs). The higher your PQ, the more capable you are of handling life’s ups and downs with a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence.

These Saboteurs are the negative patterns of thinking that cause self-doubt, stress, and dissatisfaction.
