The third tip is to break tasks into smaller, manageable steps. Often, overwhelm stems from the perception that a task is too big or complex to handle. By breaking it down into smaller, actionable steps, we can make progress more easily and feel a sense of accomplishment along the way. This approach allows us to focus on one task at a time and prevents us from feeling overwhelmed by the magnitude of the entire project. Additionally, celebrating small wins and giving ourselves credit for each completed step can boost our motivation and confidence.

So whilst feeling overwhelmed is a common experience, it doesn't have to consume our lives. By implementing these three tips of prioritizing and delegating tasks, practicing self-care and setting boundaries, and breaking tasks into smaller steps, we can reduce feelings of overwhelm and regain control over our lives. Remember, it's okay to ask for help and take care of yourself. You deserve to feel empowered and in control, even when life gets overwhelming.
