In March 2022 I was slumped in my car waiting for an ambulance. 

The reasons why, I will talk about on another page, but whilst waiting, my thoughts quickly turned from the people I cared about to feelings of anger and frustration at myself. The overriding feeling being that I hadn’t made the most of my life or fulfilled my potential. 

I decided to turn my pain into my purpose, and not just work to fulfil my own potential but to help others fulfil theirs.

3 Steps to Success

Our story

Step 1 - Starting Point 

The first step when I work with clients is self-awareness. Understanding who we are, what is important to us, our values, limiting beliefs, what we think and feel about our lives, identifying our internal saboteurs, what drives and motivates us at a core level. This provides us with our starting point.

Step 2 - Destination

We now shift our focus to where we want to get to, what we want our life to look like. What goals to we want to achieve, what challenges do we want to overcome? This gives us a destination to aim for.

Step 3 - Processes 

Once we have our starting point and a destination we can start working towards it. Focusing on our goals isn't what will help us to achieve them. That's why Step 3 is about identifying the processes we can put in place to help us achieve our goals. What habits can we create, what is the identity of a person who has achieved "x" and live to that integrity each and every day. 

It's also about the journey

A happy, fulfilling life isn't just about focusing on the future, on what you are working towards. It's also about finding joy, happiness, love, in where we are now. So whilst we work through the 3 steps above we also pay attention to the present moment, practising gratitude, finding pride, satisfaction and happiness in the moment.
